PRICING AND CONTRACTS
Our AKC Registered puppies run from $1,800 - $2,800 for Miniatures and Toys, then up to $3,500 plus for T-Cups depending on their size, coat color and quality, rarity, and eye color. Breeding rights are not sold on any size without prior arrangements. When people research purchasing a higher quality puppy from a breeder, they are often surprised to discover what quality breeders charge for a puppy. Here are a few examples of expenses that are a part of purchasing from a reputable breeder:

The fee charged for breeding to a high-quality male and/or the purchase of one.

Veterinarian cost involved in maintaining healthy dogs.

Pregnancy check-ups if needed, ultrasound to be prepared for birth expectations

Veterinarian check-ups for puppies. Tail cropping and dew claw removal

Final Veterinarian check-ups for puppies with vaccinations, fecal exam, general health

Quality food to encourage healthy Moms & Babies

NuVet Plus Immune System Support (Vitamin supplement)

Treats & Toys because babies must play and cut teeth to maintain good socialization

Beds & Crates are constantly being cleaned to maintain healthy, happy puppies.

Microchipping on each pup using AKC Reunite chips

So, please consider these things don’t come for free to any of us and be aware that all these things are important to you and to us, assuring that you will get a high-quality pet to love for many years to come.

BUYING A PUPPY FROM US
All of Sweet Pup Schnauzer AKC puppies are sold with a limited registration (without breeding rights) unless prior arrangements have been made with the breeder.

APPLICATION PROCESS: You may want to reserve a future puppy and be put on our waiting list from a particular paired breeding in which case an application with a small non-refundable $100 fee that can be paid to assure that you will be notified when puppies are born from a particular breeding of your choice. After birth if you choose which puppy you are going to want you would need to send an additional deposit of between $300-$500, depending on the puppy’s future expected price. Although deposits and fees are non-refundable, they will be applied to a future puppy if you choose not to take a puppy for the intended litter. The deposit will hold a position for a minimum of 2 years.
No Application Process: If you choose not to get on a waiting list or pay $100 fee, you can still fill out an application or get on a waiting list but not for a particular pairing. You can contact us and we can direct you how to be placed on a waiting list so that you will be notified within a few weeks of or the birth of a litter.
Litter Notification Process: Notifications will be notified based on whether a pet fee or deposit has been received, first notified. You can choose your puppy as early as 3 weeks. Once you choose a puppy and pay your 2nd deposit, you will still have up to 5 additional weeks to prepare your home for your puppy. After applications with pet fees or deposits have been notified, other applicants will be notified, however puppy choice is not available until puppies or 7 weeks old, or deposit is paid. Should accidental death occur for the puppy that has been chosen prior to delivery, deposit can be applied to a future puppy or refunded. The $100 pet reserve fee is never refunded.
Full Payment Arrangement: We do offer a 2-year-conditional health guarantee which will need to be signed prior to you receiving your puppy. If you are picking up your puppy, full payment will be due upon pick-up. If your puppy is being delivered, full payment is due prior to delivery. Should your puppy need to be delivered out of State or outside of a 100 miles radius of our location. Travel fees would need to also be paid prior to delivery. Travel fees can range from additional gas charge, overnight accommodations to airfare or pet nanny cost, all depending on distance. We are in Texas, near Houston, so pick up at Houston Intercontinental Airport is within our 100-mile radius and there is no additional charge.
